Guided dives

Guided dives

Would you like to explore the underwater world of Bonaire with others? Then a guided dive is the right choice for you! You visit one of the many dive sites of Bonaire with a guide. When composing the group (a maximum 4 people), the certification level and experience of the divers will be taken into account as much as possible.

There are several options for guided dives. Read below what the options are.

House Reef Dive

Bachelor's Beach

The house reef of Reef Divers Bonaire

If you opt for a house reef dive, the dive will take place during the day at Bachelor's Beach. This is a beautiful location, where you can easily reach the water by walking down an 8-step staircase. At low tide you will find a beautiful white sand beach at the bottom of the stairs. At high tide there is no beach, you will immediately walk into the crystal clear water.

Underwater is a beautiful coral reef, with a wide variety of colorful fish.

Guided dive

Various possibilities along the west coast of Bonaire

When booking a guided dive, we choose a dive location that matches your capabilities.

Have you always wanted to dive the Salt Pier to see those beautiful turtles up close? Perhaps you always wanted to go to Karpata, Oil Slick Leap or Bonaire's signature wreck the Hilma Hooker because you read about it in your travel guide?

Sunrise dive

Various possibilities along the west coast of Bonaire

Are you an early bird? Then a sunrise dive is suitable for you. Your day can't go wrong after a wonderfully relaxing dive at sunrise.

The transition from night to day is noticeable underwater.
The night predators have finished the hunt and the daily residents of the reef come out.

Twilight dive

Bachelor's Beach

The house reef of Reef Divers Bonaire

The sunsets at this location are spectacular 9 days out of 10. We make sure we are ready to enter the water just before sunset and will enjoy this spectacle from the water. Once the sun has set, we start the dive. The transition from day to night is also noticeable underwater and the colorful fish make way for the (large) predatory fish.

Night dive house reef

Bachelor's Beach

The house reef of Reef Divers Bonaire

In the dark we descend to an average depth of 8 meters/25 feet. Here we look for the animals that hide during the day and now come out to hunt. There is a good chance that we will encounter large tarpon, barracudas, octopus and other preditors on our house reef!

Guided Night dive

Various possibilities along the west coast of Bonaire

Do you want to explore Bonaire's underwater world after dark? With a dive light in hand we take a look at one of the many coral reefs on the island. We will look for the animals that you will rarely encounter during the day and observe the predatory fish as they search and hunt for their next meal.
